Terms and Conditions – Daily Patti Betting Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("the User") and Daily Patti ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Daily Patti website, mobile application, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all supplementary policies including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy referenced herein.

These Terms apply to all users who access the platform, whether registered account holders or visitors browsing content. Certain features of the platform – including placing bets, depositing funds, claiming bonuses and withdrawing winnings – are only available to fully registered and verified account holders.

Daily Patti reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. Updated terms take effect from the date they are published on this page. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to hold an account on Daily Patti, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting as an agent or on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended or banned from the platform.
• You are capable of understanding and accepting these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or close family member of a Daily Patti employee.

Daily Patti does not represent, warrant or guarantee that the use of this platform complies with the laws of your specific jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using this platform is lawful in your location. If you are unsure, seek independent legal advice before registering.

3 Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the Daily Patti platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is not allowed and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed, with balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number and any other details requested during registration or verification. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Daily Patti will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

Daily Patti may request identity verification documents at any point, including before processing withdrawals. This is standard KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

4 Deposits & Payments

Daily Patti accepts deposits in PKR only. The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit/credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees and there are no platform-level currency conversion fees.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and may be updated periodically. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account. Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed by the payment provider.

• Only use payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits made using unverified or disputed payment accounts may be reversed pending investigation.
• Daily Patti is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banks or mobile wallet services.
• If a deposit does not reflect in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made through the cashier section of your account. Funds are returned to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. Daily Patti processes withdrawal requests in the order they are received.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must pass identity verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests held until documents are submitted and approved.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at time of request.
• VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing as part of their tier benefits.
• Withdrawals are processed to accounts in the user's own name only.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Daily Patti reserves the right to conduct additional checks on large withdrawal requests before processing.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Daily Patti offers various bonuses, free bets and promotional offers to registered users. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published on the relevant offer page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance after meeting the qualifying deposit or bet conditions.
• One bonus per household, IP address or device unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash directly, or combined with other offers unless specifically stated.
• Daily Patti reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through coordinated betting, arbitrage or other methods constitutes abuse and may result in account closure.
• Free bets are credited as a bonus balance and stake is not included in any return.

Promotional offers are intended for genuine recreational players. Daily Patti monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns and will take action – including account closure and forfeiture of funds – where abuse is identified.

7 Betting Rules

Sports betting on Daily Patti covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches), football, esports and other events as made available. All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the user unless the platform offers a cash-out feature for that specific market.

• Bets must be placed before the relevant event market closes. Late bets will be voided.
• In-play betting odds are updated continuously. The odds shown at the moment you confirm your bet are the odds applied.
• Daily Patti reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed in the bet slip.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your account balance promptly after official result confirmation.
• In the event of a disputed result, the official ruling body's decision will be taken as final.
• Where a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's rules as stated in the full betting rules documentation.

Daily Patti may impose restrictions on accounts that display irregular betting patterns or that are identified as potentially exploiting pricing errors or engaging in matched betting through coordinated accounts. Such restrictions may include reduced bet limits, delayed bet acceptance or account suspension pending review.

8 Casino & Games

The Daily Patti game lobby and live casino sections offer slots, table games, live dealer games and other titles provided by third-party game studios. All games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. Live casino games are streamed from professional studio environments with real dealers.

• Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages and paytable information are available within each game.
• Technical malfunctions void all game rounds affected. Bets placed on a voided round are refunded to your balance.
• Daily Patti is not responsible for interruptions caused by your internet connection during a game round.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed before each round begins.
• Progressive jackpot games have their own specific rules regarding qualifying bets and jackpot triggers.

Any winnings resulting from a software error, game misconfiguration or technical fault that produces results outside normal game parameters will be voided. This applies to both slots and live casino tables. Affected bets will be returned to player balances without interest or compensation beyond the original stake.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Daily Patti platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds, with no obligation to return balances where fraud or abuse is confirmed.

• Creating more than one account, or creating a new account after a previous account has been closed for violations.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or technical faults for financial gain.
• Coordinating bets with other accounts to exploit bonuses or arbitrage odds (matched betting abuse).
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using the platform to launder money.
• Sharing account access with any other person, including family members.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or redistribute any part of the platform's software or content.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Daily Patti staff or other users through any communication channel.

10 Responsible Gaming

Daily Patti is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming for all users. Gambling and betting are intended to be forms of entertainment for adults. If at any point gaming stops being enjoyable or starts affecting your finances, relationships or mental wellbeing, please use the tools available in your account settings.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps directly from your account dashboard.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been logged in and active for a set period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. This takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a short break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days without full self-exclusion.

12 Limitation of Liability

Daily Patti provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available, accurate and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

• Daily Patti is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors or data inaccuracies beyond our reasonable control.
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses caused by sharing login credentials.
• Our maximum liability to any user in connection with platform use shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Daily Patti does not accept liability for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such losses. Betting and casino gaming carry inherent financial risk and you participate at your own discretion.

13 Changes to Terms

Daily Patti may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users through the platform, via app notification or by email where possible. The updated version will always be available on this page with the date of the most recent revision shown at the top.

If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and withdraw any remaining balance from your account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
